§ 12-3. Coordinating agency.

The city office of emergency services will be the coordinating agency responsible for city-wide emergency preparedness; it will provide the means through which the council and the mayor may exercise the authority and discharge the responsibilities vested in them by this chapter, and Act No. 390 of the Public Acts of 1976 (MCL 30.401 et seq., MSA 4.824(11) et seq.), as amended.
