§ 19-147. School disturbances.

  • No person who is not a member of the student body or who has been suspended, or who has dropped out of school, shall disturb or disrupt the normal school instructional program by creating or causing to be created any disturbance or loud noises or commotions of any kind upon any school property, or in any street, alley, park or other public place in close proximity to the school.
