§ 28-26. Reconsideration of petitions.

If the council shall fail to make any public improvement petitioned for under the provisions of this chapter during the calendar year during which any petition is filed, such petition shall be reconsidered by the council prior to the first day of March of the succeeding calendar year for the purpose of determining whether such public improvement should be made during such calendar year.
