§ 2-103. Assigned duties; rules and regulations.
(a)
In addition to the duties and responsibilities provided for in the Charter, this Code, or state statutes, administrative officers and department directors shall be responsible for such other duties and responsibilities that might be assigned to them from time to time by the city manager.
(b)
Provisions of this article describing the duties and responsibilities of administrative officers and department directors provided for in the Charter, this Code or state statutes shall be interpreted to include such additional duties and responsibilities as are included in rules, regulations, policies and procedures promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Charter, this Code or state statutes.
