§ 33-39. Parking time limits.

Unless otherwise regulated or restricted by traffic-control orders approved pursuant to the provision of section 33-43, it shall be unlawful and a violation of this division to:
(1)

Park or stop one's vehicle in any parking space in the business district between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.;

(2)

Park or stop one's vehicle in any parking space in the business districts for a period of time in excess of two (2) hours Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
