§ 33-150.17. Police officer's authority to enforce ordinance on boundary streets and highways.

Pursuant to MCL 257.726a, a police officer of the city may exercise authority and powers outside his or her own city or county when enforcing this article on a street or highway which is on the boundary of the city or county, the same as if the police officer were in his or her own city and county.
