§ 34-205. Recordkeeping requirements.

  • (a)

    Any industrial user shall maintain records of all information resulting from any monitoring activities required of the user by or pursuant to this article. Such records shall include for all samples:

    (1)

    The date, exact place, method, and time of sampling and the names of the person or persons taking the samples;

    (2)

    The dates analyses were performed;

    (3)

    Who performed the analyses;

    (4)

    The analytical techniques/methods used; and

    (5)

    The results of the analyses.

    (b)

    Any industrial user subject to the self-monitoring and/or reporting requirements established by or pursuant to this article shall retain for a minimum of three (3) years any records of such self-monitoring and/or reporting activities and results. The industrial user shall make such records available for inspection and copying by the director of public services. This period of records retention may be extended during any litigation concerning compliance with this article.
