§ 38-125. Uses permitted by issuance of a special use permit.

The following uses are permitted in an RM-1 district by issuance of a special use permit:

(1)

Adult foster care small group home, in accordance with section 38-454(a);

(2)

Child or adult care center, in accordance with provisions of section 38-454(b).

(3)

Private clubs, fraternal organizations, lodge halls, and union halls in accordance with provisions of section 38-454(d).

(4)

Conversion of school and church buildings to office use in accordance with section 38-454(g).

(5)

Group day care home, in accordance with section 38-454(f).
