§ 11.3. Temporary Absences and Vacancies.

In cases of temporary absence or of the inability of any city representative on the Board of Supervisors, to serve or perform the duties of his office, the Mayor shall, in writing appoint a person having the same qualifications as required for appointed city representatives on the county board of supervisors to serve during the absence or inability.
