§ 4.1. City officers.

(a)

The elective officers of the city shall be the seven Councilmen and the Municipal Judge or Judges.

(b)

The appointive officers shall be those named in or created under authority of Section 7.1, and the members of the several boards created by or under authority of this charter.

Editor's note
