§ 38-54. Uses permitted by issuance of a special use permit.
The following uses are permitted in an R-1 district by issuance of a special use permit:
(1)
Adult foster care small group home, in accordance with the provisions of section 38-454(a);
(2)
Child or adult care center, in accordance with provisions of sections 38-454(b);
(3)
Conversion of single family units, in accordance with the provisions of section 38-454(c);
(4)
Private clubs, fraternal organizations, lodge halls, and union halls, in accordance with provisions of section 38-454(d).
(5)
Conversion of school and church buildings to office use in accordance with section 38-454(g).
(6)
Group day care home, in accordance with section 38-454(f).
